A migraine tracker that tells you what your own data means.
Most trackers hand you a list of “triggers”. Run twenty tests on anybody's diary at ninety-five percent confidence and roughly one in three people gets handed something that isn't real. Migraine Meta does the arithmetic properly — and says still counting when the numbers won't support an answer yet.
Coming to the App Store and Google Play.
What it actually does
Separates a warning sign from a trigger
A chocolate craving fourteen hours before an attack is not a food to avoid — it's the attack starting. Knowing which one you're looking at changes what you do about it.
Says “still counting”
Every result carries a confidence interval, and the whole set of tests is corrected for having run together. When something hasn't reached an answer, you're told how far off it is instead of being shown noise.
Rules things out
A null result is a result. If red wine has nothing to do with your attacks, you get red wine back — and only once there's enough evidence to have seen an effect if there were one.
Knows what your medication is doing
Two-hour pain freedom, recurrence by twenty-four hours, and a twelve-week preventive trial scored against your own baseline — with adherence counted rather than assumed, and the decision date named up front.
Shows its working
Every findings screen has a how this was calculated sheet: the counts, the test, the correction. Nothing asserted that you can't check.
Stays on your phone
No account, no server, no analytics. The record lives in this app's private storage, kept out of cloud backup, and export is how you move it.
Not a medical device. Migraine Meta does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. It counts what you log and reports what those counts will support, with the interval attached. Decisions about diagnosis and treatment belong with your doctor.
If you have a sudden, severe or unfamiliar headache, or a headache with weakness, confusion, vision loss or a stiff neck, seek urgent medical care — do not log it and wait.
Accessibility
We build for people reading through pain and nausea: every text colour clears WCAG AA (4.5:1) in both themes, controls expose screen-reader labels in your language, motion honours your reduce-motion setting, and this site supports keyboard navigation with a visible focus ring and a skip link. Found a barrier? Email sidd.develops@gmail.com — access reports get the same two-business-day response as everything else.
This statement covers this website. The app's own accessibility notes live in Settings → About in the app.
Questions
Is there a free version?
No. Migraine Meta is subscription-only, offered monthly or annually, and the whole app is behind it — not one locked tab. You get seven days of full access on your device when you finish setup, with nothing charged and no subscription created; after that the app needs a current one to open. Prices are shown in your own currency on the purchase screen before you commit.
Two things never need a subscription: exporting your record and deleting it. Both are reachable from the purchase screen, free, at any time. They are how you exercise access, portability and erasure over your own data, and rights are not features.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export writes the whole record as a file you keep, and import reads it back — or reads a history out of another tracker's CSV. There is nothing to request from us, because we never had it.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the record from inside Settings, immediately, or delete the app. Both remove it from the device. Nothing of yours is held anywhere else.
Something's broken.
Email sidd.develops@gmail.com. The app keeps a local error log of stack traces — you can read it in Settings and choose to send it. Nothing is sent automatically.
